6. Eligibility
DROP 10 Bowling is committed to providing a safe, positive, and effective learning environment for every participant. To support this goal, eligibility for coaching and certain programs is based on program readiness, safety, and instructional fit, rather than solely on a participant's desire to enroll. Some services have minimum age, experience, or other eligibility requirements designed to ensure participants receive instruction that is appropriate for their stage of development and the structure of the program. Coaching services are available for adult bowlers and generally available to youth bowlers who are at least twelve (12) years of age.
Certain coaching programs, tournaments, leagues, or instructional services may have eligibility requirements, including but not limited to:

Tournament qualifications
DROP 10 Bowling reserves the right to verify eligibility before permitting participation.
7. Website Use

If registration opportunities come available and you opt in by registering with DROP 10 Bowling, you consent to receive communications related to your participation, including event updates, scheduling information, payment confirmations, and customer support messages.
If you separately opt in to receive promotional emails or text messages, you may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the method provided in those communications. Choosing not to receive marketing messages will not affect our ability to send you transactional or service-related communications necessary to administer your registrations, purchases, or account.

Part 2 – Coaching Services, Leagues, Tournaments, Payments & Refund Policies
13. Coaching Services
DROP 10 Bowling strives to provide instruction that is challenging, enjoyable, and appropriate for each participant. Coaching placements and lesson formats are determined with consideration for program readiness, safety, and instructional fit so that participants can learn in an environment that best supports their development.
DROP 10 Bowling offers private instruction, group lessons, (possible clinics and or camps in the future), on-the-approach coaching, video analysis, and other instructional services designed to help bowlers improve their knowledge, technique, and overall performance.
Coaching services are educational in nature and are intended to provide instruction, guidance, and skill development. Participation in coaching sessions does not guarantee any specific outcome, score improvement, tournament success, scholarship opportunity, team selection, or professional advancement.
Improvement depends upon numerous factors outside the control of DROP 10 Bowling, including but not limited to:
Individual effort
Practice habits
Physical condition
Equipment
Lane conditions
Mental preparation
Competitive experience
Attendance
Commitment to instruction
Participants are expected to arrive on time, be prepared to bowl, and ready to participate in a respectful and professional manner.
DROP 10 Bowling reserves the right to end any coaching session if a participant engages in unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
14. Coaching Session Scheduling
Coaching sessions are scheduled based upon instructor availability and lane availability.
Appointment times are not guaranteed until confirmed by DROP 10 Bowling.
While every effort will be made to honor scheduled appointments, circumstances beyond our control—including bowling center operations, lane maintenance, weather, instructor illness, emergencies, equipment failures, or facility closures—may require appointments to be rescheduled.
Should rescheduling become necessary, DROP 10 Bowling will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative appointment.
15. Coaching Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule coaching appointments by providing advance notice.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:
Cancellations made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled lesson may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may be charged the full lesson fee.
Failure to appear for a scheduled lesson without notice ("no-show") may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.
DROP 10 Bowling may, at its sole discretion, waive cancellation fees in situations involving documented emergencies, severe weather, or other extraordinary circumstances.
16. League Participation
DROP 10 Bowling may organize and administer bowling leagues of varying formats, including sport shot leagues, challenge leagues, youth leagues, instructional leagues, and other competitive or recreational programs.
League rules may vary depending upon the specific league.
Participants agree to comply with:
Published league rules
League schedules
USBC rules when applicable
Bowling center policies
Lane courtesy
Sportsmanship expectations
Equipment requirements
Instructions provided by league officials
League standings, prize structures, scoring methods, tie-breaking procedures, absentee scoring, substitutes, and playoff formats may differ from league to league and will be communicated prior to the start of league play.
DROP 10 Bowling reserves the right to interpret and enforce league rules in a fair and consistent manner.
17. Tournament Participation
DROP 10 Bowling may host tournaments using a variety of competition formats.
Tournament formats may include:
Scratch competition
Handicap competition
Match play
Qualifying rounds
Stepladder finals
Baker format
Team events
Singles events
Doubles events
Youth events
Adult events
Invitational events
Each tournament may publish its own rules, entry requirements, eligibility criteria, lane assignments, practice procedures, prize fund distributions, and competition formats.
Participants agree to abide by all tournament-specific rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
Tournament directors reserve the authority to interpret tournament rules and resolve disputes.
Tournament officials' decisions shall be final unless otherwise stated in the published rules.
18. Registration Fees
Registration fees help cover operational expenses, lane lineage, facility costs, staffing, awards, equipment, administrative expenses, and other event-related costs.
Fees may vary depending upon the event.
Registration is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.
Submitting a registration form without payment does not reserve a participant's spot unless specifically authorized by DROP 10 Bowling.
Space may be limited for certain events.
Registration may close early once capacity has been reached.
19. Pricing
DROP 10 Bowling reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
Price changes shall not affect services or products that have already been purchased unless an obvious pricing error occurred.
Pricing errors resulting from typographical mistakes, software issues, or administrative mistakes may be corrected before completion of the transaction.
If an incorrect price has been charged, customers will be contacted regarding available options, including cancellation and refund if appropriate.
20. Accepted Payment Methods
DROP 10 Bowling may accept payment through one or more approved payment processors.

22. Failed Payments

Tournament participation may be denied.
League participation may be suspended until payment is received.
DROP 10 Bowling is not responsible for bank fees, overdraft fees, or other financial institution charges resulting from failed payment attempts.
23. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, refunds are governed by the following general policy.
Coaching Services
Refund requests submitted before the scheduled lesson may be approved in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Completed coaching sessions are generally non-refundable.
League Registration
League registration fees may become non-refundable once league competition has begun, unless otherwise stated in the league rules.
Tournament Registration
Tournament entry fees may become non-refundable after the published registration deadline or once tournament preparations and prize fund commitments have been finalized.
Merchandise
Refunds and exchanges for merchandise are governed by the DROP 10 Bowling Shipping & Returns Policy.
Digital Products
Digital downloads, instructional videos, recorded content, and other electronic products are generally non-refundable after access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
24. Event Cancellation by DROP 10 Bowling
DROP 10 Bowling reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel any event due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
Severe weather
Facility issues
Equipment failures
Low registration
Safety concerns
Instructor illness
Bowling center closures
Public emergencies
Events beyond our reasonable control
When an event is canceled by DROP 10 Bowling, participants may be offered one or more of the following, as determined appropriate for the circumstances:
Rescheduling to a future date
Event credit
Transfer of registration
Partial refund
Full refund
The remedy offered may vary depending on the nature of the event and costs already incurred.
25. Participant Responsibilities
Every participant is expected to contribute to a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment.
Participants agree to:
Follow instructions from coaches, tournament directors, league officials, and event staff.
Respect bowling center employees, volunteers, spectators, and fellow participants.
Exercise reasonable care when using bowling equipment and facilities.
Arrive prepared and on time.
Refrain from disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct.
Comply with all applicable rules and policies.
Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings. DROP 10 Bowling is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
26. Code of Conduct
DROP 10 Bowling is committed to fostering a welcoming environment built on sportsmanship, integrity, respect, and inclusion.
The following conduct may result in disciplinary action, including removal from an event without refund:
Physical violence or threats of violence.
Verbal abuse, harassment, or intimidation.
Discriminatory conduct based on protected characteristics.
Unsportsmanlike conduct.
Intentional damage to property.
Cheating or score manipulation.
Possession or use of illegal substances.
Excessive intoxication that disrupts an event.
Failure to comply with instructions from event officials.
Conduct that creates an unsafe environment for others.
DROP 10 Bowling reserves the right to suspend or permanently prohibit individuals from participating in future events when warranted by the circumstances.
27. Disciplinary Decisions
Any disciplinary action taken by DROP 10 Bowling will be based on the facts known at the time of the incident.
The Company reserves the right to investigate alleged misconduct and to take reasonable corrective action, including warnings, suspension, removal from an event, or future participation restrictions.
Decisions regarding participant eligibility and event discipline shall be made in good faith and in the interest of maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all participants.

28. Merchandise Sales
DROP 10 Bowling may offer apparel, accessories, promotional items, training aids, and other merchandise through its Website or at events.
Product availability may change without notice.

These risks may include, but are not limited to:
Slips or falls
Muscle strains
Sprains
Bruises
Impact from bowling balls or equipment
Pin-setting machinery hazards
Lane approach hazards
Fatigue
Heat-related illness
Accidental collisions
Other injuries commonly associated with athletic participation
By voluntarily participating in DROP 10 Bowling activities, participants acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to exercise reasonable care while participating.
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of safely participating.
DROP 10 Bowling encourages participants to seek medical advice before participating if they have health concerns or physical limitations.

Participants are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal property.
DROP 10 Bowling is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, including but not limited to:
Bowling balls
Bags
Shoes
Electronics
Cameras
Wallets
Jewelry
Vehicles
Clothing
Users are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for valuable personal property.
50. Disclaimer of Warranties
The DROP 10 Bowling Website, products, educational materials, coaching resources, and other services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Except as expressly stated, DROP 10 Bowling makes no guarantees regarding:
Continuous Website availability.
Error-free operation.
Uninterrupted service.
Compatibility with every device or browser.
Accuracy of third-party information.
Individual athletic performance or competitive success resulting from coaching or instruction.
